That is nonsense. Do recall any such lawsuits before 911? I have seen pics of these lawsuit people on the tube and they aren't middle eastern. ;^)

Did Abercrombie comment on her religion or just the fact that she had a scarf on her head.

I have a female hairdresser who does not wear a scarf but does her prayers in privacy at the appropriate time of day and covers her head during her prayers.

Seems to me if a hairdresser can work without a scarf on then why can't an employee for Abercrombie work without a scarf and use the scarf during her prayers if she does prayers.
