Vitamin A toxicity is potentially a serious issue IMO.

I haven't got an answer back from the Davis yet, but I downloaded Carlson's PDF Brochure on Fish Oils. Under Cod Liver oil, they have come up with a "Low A" version that cuts the Vitamin A back to 250IU from 2000IU. Unfortunately, it also cuts the Vitamin D back from 250IU to 100IU. Cod oil is not the best way to get EPA/DHA but if you can't take standard Fish oil I guess it's second best. It gives you 200mg vs 360mg from the "NatureMade" brand Fish oil I take. When you read these kind of figures, you have to be careful. They love to give you the inflated number based on the total recommended capsules or dosage instead of per pill or per softgel. carlsonlabs.com
