I agree with everything you say other than the capacity claim. Unless you mean a testing/packaging bottleneck, because with thousands of Atoms per wafer, they've got that capacity already. It doesn't take *that* long to adjust output up to whatever level they want.

If and when Atom pricing gets to the $10 range or less, AMD could lose a big chunk of its sales and revenue.

With dual-cores going for 40 odd dollars and offering 4 times the performance I really doubt it.
