Nordstrom is famous for their shoe size selection, they have what's called an "over/under" sale where they offer really small and really large shoes. (my wife used to sell menswear there, before we met). So it stands to reason that their outlet store (which is a real outlet, not just a place to sell second label goods) would have their overflow of large and small sizes.
