True. Thats why they're evaluating their leases. That is a complicated process.

Is there something they know about the OCS that others don't know?


Maybe. We know the Santa Barbara channel has natural oil seeps and there is obviously more oil there. We also know a good bit about Destin Dome offshore Pensacola. These aren't secrets.

Do you think the OCS is the final frontier????

No, I expect overtime that there are a lot of places we'll be able to drill we never have before. And technological advancements enabling us to extract resources we couldn't before will be developed.
