Huge lawsuits that affect the corporate "Brand" are the only check and balance that they fear. And so, I am preparing to teach a few of them a new lesson about "Branding"...<ggg> and it has been such a long time coming... Hooo! Haaaa! Hoooo! ...What the heck is this? Some kind of *Twilight Zone Reprise!?? This is why "closet" optimists should never stray too far from the coat-hangers. If you think the evil* judicial/legal industrial complex is going to save your baco's... you are in for a terrible sueprize. Don't forget the meaning of the word "constitution" is: "the way in which a thing is composed or made up; makeup; composition." Both science and history... geopolitical as well as geological... have proven that all "constitutions," by nature or design, are simply delusional methods of seeking some temporal expression or effect. On more levels than I can hope to count this means that the particular "Constitution" of which you speak is void ab initio as any fraud... and, one day, will in fact be recognized as such by all. Which suggests to me that your proposal is tantamount to using a criminal's weapon... to hold the criminal hostage... while demanding that society pay you, and/or your attorneys, gabillions of its dollars... in exchange for his life. But heck... I guess an optimist's gotta do... what a optimist's gotta do... I suppose it beats sitting around Guantanamo waiting to see what comes through the door next: Torquemada...
