Suskind has tapes of the CIA officers extensively discussing the events. The WH is apparently putting enormous pressure on the two central CIA officers - both of whom earn a living through the government - to recant. But, Suskind has their stories. The United States should have some sort of whistle blower protection for people who uncover such unconstitutional behavior. There should be a full hearing and investigation, if not just for the sake of justice, for the sake of making sure that such a travesty - if true - doesn't happen again.
