We are in the process of selling our tech company but we are a year away. If i walk away with a million, uncle gets how much more under obama. Yup for a one time gain it will cost me an extra 100K. I dont hit jackpots that often but tax deferred Soros and tax advantaged Buffet dont care about little ole capitalist me. Tax Mike, we dont care and we dont care as billionaires if Uncle gets an additional 100k from us as well. How liberal of them?

Jim, I don't know where the misconceptions are coming from, but it's not like rank-n-file employees are having their pension funds raided to pay off execs.

Intel instead is just moving money around to take advantage of tax breaks. Probably goes against the spirit of the tax breaks, but hey, I'm sure Lord Obama, Captain Pelosi, and Harry Boy can close that "loophole" ...
