LB,

After the Q&A's I posted from Davis, I have discontinued the use of q-10 and L-Arginine. If I get pain from the Simvastatin I am taking, I will start taking Q-10 again

Q-10 is not a bad supplement to take on its own (for, amonng other things, heart desease prevention), it is important for people who already have signs of heart desease. For someone taking statin, it is crucial, since statins block body's synthesis of Co Q-10.

My advice would be to reconsider. BTW, CoQ-10 used to be very expensive, but it went down a lot in price lately.
