They are not separate issues. The cartoons are mocking because of the way this country responded to the 9/11 attacks. A cartoon panel depicting Americans as acting like cave men immediately after 911 is what it is. In this case, its objectively anti-American. That's because you think all Americans think a like. In fact, the cartoon is depicting a certain type of American. Why react stupidly to a crisis? Wanting to defend America isn't reacting stupidly. Wanting to defend America is a concept......nothing wrong with it. Invading Iraq is a stupid act. All of America is my country. NY as well as the south you post hate articles about. Then you all need to start acting like it. You need to understand that liberals occupy the same country as you all and deserve to be here just as much as you do. You need to start dealing in facts, not spin. You need to stop acting like you all are superior when you are not. Stand back and look at this objectively if you can. A guy who repeatedly posts that "F* the South" hatefilled diatribe is preaching unity and understanding? Who do you think you're fooling? Stand in front of a mirror and read your preaching to yourself. Sorry but you guys fired the first cannons. You want a change; then change the attitude and behavior of your pundits and leaders. Liberals will not go quietly into the nite. Sorry. This country has a lot of internal problems that will not be solved by going around the world and invading foreign countries. Which does not translate to "no foreign military action". For now, yes it does. You all have bankrupt the treasury. And a number of those problems are in the South's own backyard. Like what? Like poverty, obesity, lack of education, poor jobs, etc. Then there are a lot of people posing as southerners who are trashing the north. I say that because northern liberals have taken a lot of sht from southerners over the past 10-15 years. I'd like to see the equivalent of "F the south" - got a "F* the north" piece you can post to? The worst regional diatribe I can recall making is calling CA the granola state. Well, Brumar, you're going to have to think a little harder than that.
