That really sounds great! But, in my retirement years, I'm just not inclined to put that much work into a meal. We all went out last night to Joe's Crab Shack. We ate stuff like mushrooms stuffed with crab, shrimp stuffed with crab, and three different kinds of dipped shrimp plus some kind of rice and veggie mix. That's how I get my "exotic" meals, then pay the check and go home. Tomorrow evening, we're going to the Saltgrass Steak House for some really great steaks and baked spuds loaded with butter, sour cream, chives and I don't know what all. Can't wait for that!
