It doesn't rain every weekend. what did you live there for 2 weeks? 1 1/2 YEARS. If you look up weather data for 79 through early 80 it rained almost every weekend from April through October 79 and again in April and early May of 80. I think it stopped that as soon as I moved. IMO not one of the better places I have lived, but I was not making as much money then. I don't think anybody living there thought of themselves as living in mountains, hills maybe.
