Not really. I have a sheetmetal shop that keeps me busy and then cooking is a release. Doing it all the time would be a job. And of course I'm sure there is a major difference between making one great meal for everyone versus making 4 different great meals for a table of folks. I also expect there is a whole lot more to running a restaurant then just being a good cook. That looked like quite the restaurant that you visited on the island there. You really live in a very beautiful area.
