Hi Frank - Glad you found it useful. It's a look into a system most of us are only vaguely aware of, and one way it can be gamed.

It would be nice to see the perpetrator(s) do some time in the Crowbar Hotel, but they'll probably get away scott-free for theft of millions. Perhaps, in imitation of Wall Street, they'll be terminated with a bonus.

Meanwhile, some loser who robs a 7-11 for pocket change gets 10 years.
