But that doesn't fit in with our "screw you Jack, I've got mine" mentality that we have had for the past few decades. You know, we really aren't a civilization but a collection of individuals. Ask Tenchu if you don't understand. Granted, if we were to dedicate ourselves to solving this problem we could do so in a short period of time. But that would require dedicating ourselves to doing it and pulling together as a country. However, that isn't respecting the invisible hand of the market place. That, in fact, is socialism. That is deciding that we, as a people, have to do something in particular. That smacks of socialism, not libertarianism. Get with the program, Jim. You obviously aren't conservative enough.
