Some have pointed at the Danish house market to be one of the worst in Europe, but one of the biggest Danish Fannie Maes just came out with a half-year financial report. Earnings increased, compared with first half of 2007. The report states, that the credit quality is still good, and the amount of mortgage payments that are not paid, is still very low. rd.dk I wonder why the correlation between oil prices and the dollar/euro exchange rate is so strong - does anybody have a good suggestion?
