I've spent a little time over on the Center View and have developed a few 'friendships' with people I can joust with in a rational fashion. There are a couple who are simply compelled to respond to my posts, except conciliatory remarks, with fangs and claws, cloaking clever obtuse insults on me in while taking great offense at the slightest perceived, though unintentional, slight on them. These people have learned how to frame insults without violating the thread rules, which appear to discourage them. I prefer a little more honest approach, like that you have here. Sort of like wearing your pistol on your belt for all to see, instead of carrying a boot knife. I've decided that the pain exceeds the pleasure. Who needs it? Tim and Bearcat are much better at dealing with them than I.
