Mutual funds manager Dodge & Cox Friday reported raising its stake in Fannie Mae (FNM) to 12.2% from 1.23%.

Dodge & Cox boosted its holdings in the mortgage finance giant to 119.8 million shares from about 12 million shares it held as of March 31, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shares of Fannie Mae traded Friday at $9.04, down 91 cents, or 9.15%.
