I agree that a handful of companies that survived the crashes, or just started up recently, could prosper at the expense of their weaker rivals. My two buys today fell in that category, and I will be looking for more, diversifying outside energy from now on. My bank call buys in BBT and BK were based on the same premise. I encourage everyone to toss out ideas; I won't respond to all of them or buy more than a few, but the more we broaden each other's horizons the better.
