Bottom of the learning curve. As it climbs the learning curve, costs go down.

I can't recall the exact figure: first hole drilled was like USD1 billion and took a year. Following holes went down dramatically in costs and takes like 60 days now.

As they get the the paraphernalia that work right, after broken pieces, low productivity, explosions, the accidents, they learn the tricks and the costs will go down.
