In the context of demanding drilling of the coasts "right now" , what are you arguing? Arguing that we shouldn't let this resource go unused, and that since most of it will take awhile to get to, that we should move relatively quickly so as not to cause that time to become even longer. Please frame your answer in reference to the steady reduction of oil production in the US since 1972 Why? Both why do you want me to frame my answer that way, and why should I let you set the framework for my answers?
