Haim, The Europeans are happily taking the money flying out of Russia -Dubai is doing that too. They are not much concerned with the civil liberties there. It was necessary Russia to send a "message" to a guy in the UK, to show they are not happy with outspoken people. But the UK is the preferred nest for crooks running away with money bags -too many former colonial people looting last century- and I don't know why crooks like the UK so much. As long as the money is coming the Europenas are not concerned.
