We stop a city every year and throw the biggest party on earth in one of the most violent city in the planet. No need for McKinsey to come and organzie it. It is organized by the poor people -with big moolah behind it of course- but it is a popular event. We already test drove with the Pan American Games 2007. Then we move next to 2014 World Cup and we're trying to do the 2016. Not because we need a World Cup to prove we can win it or rise as footballers, Just because: why not? One Olympics? I think we should throw that party too and jump the bar China raised.
