the stores now carry milk 1/2% fat. g i use non fat, i guess that skim. do not miss the fat in milk and do not notice it. still use store brand half and half for my coffee in am. i think its looking for color vs using skim and it looks like i never put any milk in it. g

I was using creamer until yesterday but dumped it because of the sugar content

If you don't mind using powdered non-dairy creamer, Walmart's Great Value brand creamer has 1 carb and no sugar.
