Bush knows the UN is worthless, maybe he can dismantle it before Obama starts confiscating American's income to fund his trillion dollar global poverty fund.

The UN is the Security Council. Russia sits on the Security Council. Has the Bush admin, also on the Security Council, made any suggestions for UN action?

Ask Bush "where's the UN".

Bush sat next to Putin at the Beijing opening ceremonies last nite. Apparently, they were looking into each other's eyes a lot last nite. Maybe they found time to talk about Georgia.
