C2,to play here on this playground and play with el's ball you have to know the rules. 1. Any attempt at addressing a topic in question MUST be framed in: China is brillant and never fails to outwit US and Europeans in any context,field or encounter. 2.Brazil found some oil, therefore they to are wunderkids,that has cleverly outwitted the "evil empire"(that would be us)at every turn.(see sugarcane.) 3.Most other posters know these rules and abide by same,with a few exceptions,Haim,dw,and some others.But tolerance for dissent is limited so tread lightly. :)
