Well Ukraine is the most close to democracy as we know it. I had some dealing with very senior officials and I am a bit suspicious as graft and kickbacks and back rubbing is the usual way of having thinks done - therefore I am not sure if voting is not similar to differentiate from campaign contribution in the US.
