You have to know these people there. They are extremely hospitable and nice, but... just hot, how should I say. Explosive. If you are not careful around them and offend them in any way, they explode. An economic decline usually ignites it, so some peace keeping presence is necessary, or the civil war will erupts and go on for decades. Not sure what exactly Russia is after, even though they do have a point. It could be just that. They sure know the history and the character of these people, and aim to prevent decades of civil unrest. P.S. Georgian men absolutely adore russian women.
