grapeseed oil

You sure are fond of that product, aren't you? So it contains linoleic acid. Flax seed oil is usually 50% linoleic acid. When I want to wipe down my rifle stocks, I might consider it. :>)

I've been eating cinnamon for a while now. I was stunned to find that it's an excellent good source of fiber. 4g in a tbsp. That's twice as much as an equal volume of flax seed.
