tim they make huge profits in sales in europe......they are only forced to make discounts as any company might make to very large buyers.

ps sales reps for drug companies make the rounds of doctor officies just like here in america, with kick backs and incentives to proscribe products ect

there is also the huge savings in paper work.....in america there are dozens of different forms and policies that need to be filed by the doctor....with out the guarentee that payment will always be made....

have you ever seen a bullitin board of shame in a doctors office with insurance checks made out for pennies?I have.
