KyrosL - I do not think so, it is to simplistic and Kosovo is not as important to Russia as is for example Ukraine that wants to join the EU and NATO - Georgia is simple an easy example to show to all what Russia can do if they cross the line and Putin will.

To establsih who the bully is you beat the weakest in your class and not the one close in strenght to yours

Putin will not risk a confrontation with 47 million people on EU border to include the Oblasts of ethnic and Russian speaking Ukrainians like Donetsk, Lughansk and Kharkiv etc. into Russia
