Sure there is cost of filling out forms, both a dollar cost in that someone has to be hired to deal with the forms and it gets billed somewhere, and a non-dollar cost of your time to fill out the forms.

My points is that the US is far from the only place where people fill out health care forms., and that any possible additional amount that we pay in form filling costs is an awful thin argument to use for an attempt to nationalize the health insurance industry.
