Things aren't that simple in the Balkans, I think. Personally, I'm not so sure the Albanian and Bosnian Muslims are our enemies. They seem to be very liberal Muslims and I don't think it does us any good to treat all Muslims, especially liberal Muslims not hostile to us, as our enemies. As for the Serbs and the positive vs negative reporting.
