FSYS (Fuel Systems Solutions) is a player in the growing trend of substituting natural gas for oil to run internal combustion engines. My interest in this company is based on it's broader implications for the US economy. If the news about about fantastic US natural gas reserves is true, then we can convert a big chunk of our transportation over to natural gas and become relatively energy independent compared to Europe and Asia.

WARNING: FSYS got a strong pump from Cramer a week ago. My guess is that it'll climb a bit more and then get hit by short sellers. I wouldn't touch it now.

FSYS has more than tripled since the beginning of the year, but has hardly been mentioned on SI...
