Tsar Putin won't touch Ukraine and furthermore Poland or East Germany until their 'provokative and aggressive behavior' has reached levels totally unacceptable to him.

'Peter the Great', 'Katherine the Great' and other Tsars 'the great' all earned that attribute by adding territory to mother Russia.
Unlike Gorbi, who did the opposite, Putin wants to be remembered as 'Putin the Great'.
