I wish that for once, one of these betrayed political wives(that goes too for those Republicans whose husbands grope young male pages), would NOT stand by her man..Hold a press conference rejecting and denouncing the affair, him and all the hypocrisy he stands for....bet she'd be carried into the streets on the shoulders of men and women cheering her on..... Normally, I would agree with you but E. Edwards is dying. There is no point in making more of a mess of things now. As for other wives, I wonder if they too are addicted to the power their husbands wield. And they hate to give it up. HRC comes to mind.
