This is Olathe, Colorado, sweet corn. So, it can't come from any place else. Sweet corn grows across the US, but this particular area produces some of the most popular in the state. Last fall, near the end of the season, I bought about a dozen ears and froze them, in the husk. Then vacuumed sealed them individually with my Food Saver. I enjoyed a couple of ears of fresh corn each month all winter. I'll do more this year. Neeka said she was able to find some in her area earlier this month, so they must ship it out. Probably not as far away as you are from Olathe.
