Let me know about the topless ratio. Maybe I'll come to assist your survey.

Concrete sidewalks are the worst for pounding your joints...no give at all.

Ashphalt has a lot more give to it if you can find an asphalt path.

Turf or sand would be best...but then you have uneven ground to worry about which presents different problems.

I always wince when I see people jogging on concrete sidewalks...thats the worst thing you can do.

Walking shoes make a big difference as well.

<<Once there, I will walk the sidewalk back and forth along the beach. It's about 2/3's of a mile long. This will expose me to the sight of young females in Bikinis, at the rate of about 200 per block. >>

That beats the deer I see on my walks.

Last year I was walking just before light and I noticed something moving in the flowers around my neighbor's mailbox. I got up to within 3' of it and said good morning. One startled fox came running out. Daym glad it wasn't a skunk.

Is there anything you take specifically for your hips? I have been directed towards the Usana Procosa. Anyone tried this?
