My viewpoint is that it is more about an over-valued
Euro, than an under-valued Dollar.

The Fed did put the brakes on money supply, bank
credit creation has collapsed, and the home refinance
ATM machine has been closed.

$2 trillion in credit is being vaporized, and global
markets are down, and down hard.

Remember what I said about "deflation."

Deflation can and will be used as an "offensive" tool
by the Puppeteers just as it was in the 1929.

It can be used short-term, or long-term.

It's all about whipsawing the markets.

You just witnessed it in the financials and commodities.

The masses were getting enriched via commodities,
and gold was the 800 pound canary in the coal mine
that was sounding the alarm on runaway central bankers.

And the last thing they want - is the "masses"
getting rich, or gold attracting too much attention
(remember Kudlow's 180 degree spin on gold and the dollar?).

You must stay a step ahead of them.

Inflation isn't dead.

We still have negative real rates.

But, they are now intervening and creating
short-term moves in the markets like never before.

Whenever it gets too easy, to where anyone can merely
throw a dart... buckle up, because it's about to
come to an end.
