And who said Bush could do nothing?


And what has Bush been doing right leading up to this latest mess? Nothing! When not pissiing Putin off with new missiles sites in Poland and the Czech Republic aka Czechoslovakia to McCain, Bush has simply ignored him as Putin reversed reforms in Russia:
