A lot of Obama's supporters don't know much about his positions. Yes, he intends to drastically cut back the military. Abandon development of new weapons systems, scrap anti-missile defense, etc. You picking 2 decades out of 23? Two decades that are relevant to what liberals want to go back to. So forever and ever we are going to police the world.... ain't gonna work. We're not policing the world. We're only offering words on behalf of dying Darfurians, Tibetans, Georgians, etc.
