Tim thank you for that reaserch......it does help clarify the problem. could you not have posted it sooner?G informed discussion is vital to the understanding of an issue..... socraties dialectic and all that. in that one post you have done more to alter my opinion than all the others combined. i still believe a single payer system isvery much more efficient but thanks to you realize that the problem of under coverage is not as great as some would how one believe. I take back my comment of mountebank......but at least hopefully it was an amusing appropo
