Your personal experience with your current doctor, is not just experience in one specific system, its also just one person's experience in that system.

Also it doesn't even argue against my point very well even within that narrow framework. Administrative costs include a lot of costs outside the doctors office, and may be increased by having a doctor take care of the paperwork rather than by hiring at least one staff member to deal with it.

Also while paperwork and other administrative overhead imposes costs, it also is used to contain costs, and otherwise track what is going on. While we would both probably agree that the US has too much of it, it isn't all waste or useless unproductive activity.
