Since I had to look to see what they were I'll say no:)

Having looked though they look like a nice sage flavored sausage. Grilling or using in hash seems to be the most common prep. Grilling with mustard, pickles and hash browns would be just nice I'm thinking.

I grilled some Laura's Beef Burgers Sunday. These are cattle never fed antibiotics, hormones and other "stuff". They are 93% lean. Cook 3-4 minutes per side and they are perfect. We used spinach instead of lettuce, a slice of fresh tomato, several rings of red onion, mustard and sweet pickles for a wonderful burger. Sharon added some "light" potato chips, which I could have done without. I like the Lay's Deli chips, when I eat them at all. We also had a fresh ear of corn, to boot. Of course, we chased these down with a bottle of Michelob followed by a big slice of sweet watermelon... yum!
