And it's doubtful that the UNSC would be able to do anything with a Russian veto power to prevent it.

Or realistically even without Russian Veto power.

Its obvious at this point that Russia aka Putin is bound and determined to restore their(Russia's) status as a world power with economic leverage over Europe visavis the Central Asian oil fields...

I see everyones (USA & Europe) hands being tied....I mean who is going to challenge Putin...

I don't envision another "cold war" just overt hegemony backed with military muscle and example ie Georgia...

Its all about the oil...
