You're confused......that's the best of the bottom 10. Were you hanging out with GOPers this weekend?

You missed my sarcasm... and no I don't think we are (yet) starting to recover. I see more inventory all the time.

I got your sarcasm.....I was trying to be sarcastic back but apparently missed. I thought FLA was starting to see a pick up in sales except for South FLA. I guess that was wrong.

BTW if a lake or pond has crocs or alligators and its widely known, don't people stay out of them? Last week, some kid in LA told his parents he was going swimming in a pond that's noted for have alligators. Thanks to that swim he's missing one arm.

A lot of folks have no fear. I used to watch kids swim in our lake off the docks 10 feet away from 8' alligators... diving and splashing and all the usual stuff. Never a problem. Alligators usually avoid people, unless they get pissed, then...

Okay. I thought humans were part of the alligators' food chain. What about those people who are running along the canals and get attacked? Are alligators just territorial like bears? Lately, we've been having more bear attacks up here and its because people are encroaching on their territory.
