How cruel of this thread to make fun of a retarded man.It's obvious from your picture that what Mr Bush is doing is making shadow puppets on the bare back of a bent over young lady. Would have been my first reaction in the same situation. One has to wonder if Mr Bush has taken up drinking again. Or worse, cocaine. Somebody will put together a movie of all his political gaffs. It will be the comedy hit of the century. And it would be even funnier if this man wasn't the president of the US. Generations to come will hardly believe that a man such as this was actually president. If we survive.
