All I'm saying is any post that starts with a statement like "ROTFL!!" should be directly relevant to the post you replied to. If it was a comment about some other post, then you should reply to that other post, or you should directly referenced that other post and its ideas. The way you wrote your post, implies it was a direct reply to the thought in the post you replied to, and either it wasn't, or it was a totally irrelevant reply. However, nobody here has yet to show america is in the top 5 as opposed to number 37 ......as our wealth and power would lead one to expect. In "adjusted life expectancy" we where in the top 5 (actually #1 according to the person who calculated it). But any ranking is going to be subject to somewhat subjective criteria, and even more subjective relative weighing between the criteria.
