Your getting a fair amount of exercise with all the dancing you do but with that scenery both natural and female walking the beach will be a nice add.

I love to cook so I am taking the French approach to things. High quality and excellent food just not huge amounts of it. I read an article some years back that if you ate only when hungry and quit as soon as you were no longer hungry we would eat 8/10 times a day and probably half what we eat presently. You buy a Whopper with cheese and I don't care how hungry you are before your 1/4 done with it your no longer hungry. But we eat the rest just because we think we should.

Get a dog. Mine starts to eye me for a walk about noon. By one, she's entering the study and circling once or twice before leaving. By two, she just comes in and sits, staring at me until I move.

Guilts me into it. Walk 45 minutes almost every day. With Aeriel, of course. She has me well trained.
