all entitlements include social security payments , currently the USG receives more in fica payments then it metes out. Medicare is at breakeven but could start losing big bucks soon. Other federal transfer payments are relatively small and pale in comparison to military spending of all types including vets spending and debt repayments caused by past military spending. this is the real big bucks in the fed budget,ytv
